We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date of receiving any physical product to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase / receipt.
Digital products, services, custom work, or deliverables that have been already delivered may not be eligible for a return (see exceptions below).

If your return is accepted, we will issue a return shipping label (for physical goods) and provide instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue (repair, replacement, or refund).
Returns are not accepted for:
Digital products, software, or services once delivered (unless there is a fault)

Opened or partially used personal care / consumable goods
Products marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”

We do not guarantee that exchanges will always be possible. If you want to exchange, you may return the original item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact our support.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). High volume or peak periods may take longer.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered for orders above a minimum threshold.
Any customs, import duties, or taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor delivery status.
Delays may occur due to weather, courier delays, customs, or other unforeseen issues. We will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us promptly so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist in resolving the matter.
Ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not liable for non-delivery or delay caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To cancel, contact us via email or contact form, stating your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm if cancellation is possible.
If your cancellation request is accepted before shipment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may return the item (if it qualifies) once received under the Return Policy.
If you wish to make changes (address, item, quantity), contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible after processing has begun.
